If there is any doubt regarding the use of copyrighted material, employees, contractors, and third parties must seek guidance from the Legal Department.
4.2. Reporting Infringement Clients, Employees, contractors, and third parties are required to report any suspected copyright infringement to the Legal Department. The Company will investigate all reports and take appropriate action, including removal of infringing content and disciplinary measures.
4.3. Consequences of Non-Compliance Non-compliance with this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract. In cases of serious infringement, the Company may also pursue legal action or report the infringement to relevant authorities.
5. Reporting Copyright Infringement
